Prepare for Closing
We coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties to confirm requirements, finalize figures, prepare documents, and make sure the transaction is ready for settlement.

Sign, Settle & Disburse
Closing documents are reviewed and signed, funds are received and accounted for, required payoffs and proceeds are prepared, and the transaction is completed according to the settlement instructions.

Record & Protect Ownership
We submit the appropriate documents for recording in the public land records, complete final disbursements, and issue applicable title insurance policies once post-closing requirements are satisfied.
